More than 18 different entrance fee cottage floor plans range in size from 1,325 to 4,000 square feet of living space, with varying features including two-car garages and basements.
Each living option includes wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, emergency call system, smoke detector and individually-controlled thermostats.
1-Bedroom/1-Bath Floor Plan
Located on Tall Cedar Lane, featuring 1,385 gross square feet, this cottage includes a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area, kitchen, patio and garage.
2-Bedroom/1½-Bath Floor Plans
Located in the Taft Court and Monroe, Ford, McKinley, Franklin, Truman and Jackson Drive neighborhoods, these cottages feature 1,691 – 2,054 gross square feet. They include two bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom and garage. Select models include a porch.
2-Bedroom/2-Bath Floor Plans
Ranging from 1,700 – 2,384 gross square feet, these spacious cottages feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, sunroom and garage. Select models include basement, porch, walk-in closet or den.
