Retirement Living Apartment and Townhome Options

Select from more than 20 different entrance fee apartment and townhome floor plans, ranging in size from 688 to 1,650 square feet, with varying features.

Each living option includes wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, emergency call system, smoke detector and individually-controlled thermostats.

1-Bedroom Apartment Floor Plans

Located in the Buchanan and Sycamore Apartments, featuring 688 – 757 gross square feet, these apartments include a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area and kitchen. The AS Apartment floor plan also includes a balcony.

  • Apartment A, a floor plan with one bath, one bedroom, living area and kitchen.
  • Apartment AS, a floor plan with one bathroom, one bedroom, living area, kitchen and balcony.

1-Bedroom + Den/Bedroom Apartment Floor Plans

Located in our Village Green area, featuring 1,014 – 1,198 gross square feet, these apartments include one bedroom, 1 ½ bathrooms, den, walk-in closet, living/dining area and kitchen. Compass Apartment floor plans D, E, F, and G also feature a patio. 

  • Compass Apartment Type B, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen and den.
  • Compass Apartment Type D Floor Plan, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen, den and patio.
  • Compass Apartment Type E Floor Plan, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen, den and patio.

2-Bedroom Apartment Floor Plans

Located in the Buchanan Apartments, Sycamore Apartments and Village Green area, these 2-bedroom apartments feature 1,025 – 1,360 gross square feet. They include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining area and kitchen. Select floor plans include patio, study, walk in closet and/or balcony.

  • Apartment B, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area and kitchen.
  • Apartment BC, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony.
  • Apartment BS, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony.
  • Apartment BD, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony.
  • Apartment C, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and study.

Located in our Sycamore Apartments and Village Green area, the 2-bedroom + den apartment floor plans feature 1,395 – 1,650 gross square feet. These apartments include two bedrooms with an additional bedroom/den, two bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and balcony or patio.

  • Compass Apartment Type B, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen and den.
  • Compass Apartment Type D Floor Plan, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen, den and patio.
  • Compass Apartment Type E Floor Plan, a floor plan with two baths, a bedroom, living area, kitchen, den and patio.

Townhome Floor Plans

Featuring 1,365 – 1,509 gross square feet, these townhomes include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and balcony.

  • Townhome TA, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony.
  • Townhome TB, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and balcony.
  • Townhome TC, a floor plan with two baths, two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, den and balcony.
