Apply Now

Joining the priority wait list is the fastest way to secure your future dream home

If you’re looking to build a plan for the long term, and you are at least 55 years of age, you can submit an application for our priority wait list. (The application does not guarantee an accommodation, but indicates you’re interested.) This helps us to be ready when you’re ready.

Click to access and print our retirement living priority wait list application. Select the download option in the upper left corner. Once the file has downloaded, select the printer icon in the upper right corner. We’ve addressed some frequently asked questions below, and you can always contact Masonic Village.

Is a Deposit Due with the Application?

Entrance fee priority wait list – Include a $1,000 deposit to place your name on this list.

Rental plan priority wait list – Include a $200 deposit to place your name on this list.

If you choose to place your name on more than one list, include each applicable deposit. All deposits will be credited to your application deposit when you apply for a retirement living accommodation. We’ll notify you when your preferred living option is available.

What Happens When I Reach the Top of the List?

When you reach the top of the priority wait list and are offered a cottage, townhome or apartment of your preference within your designated time frame, you have 48 hours to accept or reject the offer. You’ll have the opportunity to reject two offers. After the second rejection, you will move to the bottom of the list for future consideration.
